Determined v0.31.0

This week we released Determined v0.31.0. Here are the highlights:
Breaking Changes and Deprecations
- The underlying SAML implementation has been updated to use a newer, more maintained library. As a result, the master config no longer accepts the
idp_cert_pathfield and now requires theidp_metadata_urlfield when using SAML.
New Features
- Added a new API endpoint,
/health, that provides information about the status of Determined’s connections to the database, Kubernetes API server, and Slurm launcher integration.
Notable Improvements
- CLI: the
--add-tagflag todet deploy aws upwill now apply tags to dynamic agents launched.
